Key Responsibilities Manage and drive plots through snagging, de-snagging and final completion. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to close defects quickly and maintain programme. Carry out quality inspections, ensuring works meet drawings, specification and required standards. Maintain accurate snagging records and track outstanding items through to closure. Coordinate with Site Managers, Customer Care and other project teams to achieve handover dates. Prepare plots for internal inspections, client/customer demonstrations and final handover. Ensure plots and surrounding areas are clean, safe and presentation-ready. Monitor health & safety and ensure subcontractor compliance. Identify programme or quality risks early and escalate where required. Support a smooth customer handover with minimal outstanding defects.
