The successful candidate will be responsible for managing defects, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with NHBC standards, maintaining quality throughout the finishing stages, and supporting the project team through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections of apartments, communal areas and external works. Produce, manage and close out snagging lists. Coordinate finishing trades and remedial works to meet programme deadlines. Monitor quality against drawings, specifications, NHBC requirements and company standards. Ensure defects are rectified and signed off prior to client and NHBC inspections. Assist with NHBC inspections, quality audits and closure of any outstanding actions.
