You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing quality control, monitoring progress against programme targets and maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.The role will involve coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, supporting effective cost control, ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations, and liaising with key external stakeholders including Building Control and statutory authorities.
