Assistant Site Manager

I''m working with a volume housebuilder who is looking to appoint a freelance Assistant Site Manager on a brand new scheme in Oxfordshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

• Assistant Site Manager
• Oxfordshire
• Immediate start
• 1 month contract with possible extension
• -250 per day CIS

The scheme

• Brand new development
• 50 units - mix of traditional build houses and apartments
• Currently progressing towards a July show home launch

Who we need

• Assistant Site Manager with at least 5 years experience in volume housebuilding
• Strong on internals
• Able to support the Site Manager and step up to "hold the fort" when needed
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Availability/Rate

• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid ideally
• Available to start immediately
• -250 per day CIS
