Assistant Site Manager

My client is a large residential developer who are involved in a large RC frame project in Berkshire. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to manage the fit out of 25 plots in a block, starting at the end of June.Details of the role are as follows:Reporting into a Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the fit out of 25 apartments from 1st fix onwardsThe scheme consists of 150 units over 3 RC frame blocks up to 17 stories, completion is Autumn 2026You MUST have extensive RC frame, internal fit out experience on apartments8-10 months workCSCS 220 per day + holiday pay + employers costs PAYE Start at the end of June Please submit an up to date Cv abd I shall be in touch with further information. ..... full job details .....
