Assistant Site Manager

A specialist bathroom pod contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.The company works alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers on high rise schemes across London, delivering high end bathroom pod installations on large scale residential projects.They need someone with a couple of years of experience and experience with JCT form of contract is ideal.Details of the role:Assistant Quantity Surveyor London based projects Permanent position 30,000- 50,000 strictly depending on experience Immediate interviews availableThe projectsSpecialist bathroom pod contractor Working alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers High rise residential schemes across London Strong order book with substantial secured work already in place Long-term career opportunity within a growing businessWho we needPrevious Quantity Surveying experience, at least a couple of years ideally within a Main Contractor environment, or a specialist subcontractor delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors Experience working on London high rise projects would be highly beneficial Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge Understanding of JCT forms of contract is idealIf you ..... full job details .....
