This is a great opportunity for an ASM who enjoys working within a smaller, close-knit business, where you''re not just another number and can genuinely get involved in the day-to-day running and delivery of the site.The role:Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a traditional build residential developmentCoordinating trades and subcontractorsMaintaining high standards of health and safetyMonitoring build quality and programmeCarrying out inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standardAssisting with plots through to completion and handoverThe person:Previous experience within residential housebuildingTraditional build experience preferredStrong organisational and communication skillsA hands-on approach to site managementKeen to develop and progress within a supportive businessRelevant site qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferredThe business is privately owned and Northamptonshire-based, with a strong pipeline of future work expected to be concentrated around Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
