Assistant Site Manager - Cambridgeshire Up to 50,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Benefits An established national housebuilder is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a residential development in Cambridgeshire. Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Key responsibilities:Supporting the Site Manager with the daily management of the developmentCoordinating subcontractors, trades and site activitiesMonitoring build quality and programme progressEnsuring health and safety standards are consistently maintainedCarrying out inspections and assisting with snaggingMaintaining accurate site records and paperworkSupporting homes through to completion and handoverThe successful candidate will ideally have experience working for a residential developer or main contractor and will hold valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
