Assistant Site Manager / Site Labourer - Commercial Fit-Out �� Lincoln City Centre | Contract | Up to £22.50p/h (CIS or Ltd)

Joshua Robert are recruiting on behalf of a major commercial fit-out contractor for an Assistant Site Manager to join a city centre project in Lincoln, due to start early July.

The project is an 8-week office fit-out within a university setting — a solid contract with the potential for further work to follow on completion.
This suits someone who''s taken their first steps into site management but is comfortable getting stuck in on the tools. You''ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the site and keeping things organised, safe, and moving.

What the role involves:

• Opening and closing the site each day
• Conducting inductions for operatives and visitors
• Reviewing and closing permits to work
• Completing online site safety checks
• General housekeeping — canteen clean-down twice daily and bin emptying
• Material distribution and waste removal across site

What we''re looking for:

• Some exposure to commercial fit-out, ideally office-based projects
• An understanding of basic site management processes
• Comfortable turning your hand to labouring duties as required
• Reliable, presentable, and safety conscious
• Valid CSCS card essential; SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid desirable

Pay: Up to £22.50 per hour | CIS or Ltd company basis
