Assistant Site Manager

ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a residential housebuilding project in Hereford. We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with previous experience working on new-build residential developments who is looking for their next opportunity with an established housebuilder. The Role Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Monitoring build quality and progress Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with the programme Assisting with site inductions and toolbox talks Monitoring health and safety across the development Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team Ensuring plots are progressing to programme and specification Supporting the Site Manager through to completion and handover Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction Experience managing subcontractors and trades Good understanding of health and safety and quality standards CSCS SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a residential development in Hereford with a long-term opportunity available.
