Assistant Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new-build housing development in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor and play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-quality residential scheme. Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development. Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress on site. Assist with quality inspections and snagging. Help maintain programme deadlines and site records. Promote and enforce health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on new-build residential developments. SMSTS certificate. CSCS card. First Aid at Work certificate. Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach with a keen eye for quality and detail.
