Assistant Site Manager Housing

FBR Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a national house builder for a site in Surrey. 

They now seek a assistant site manager to join the business on a temporary contract. This particular site will be based near Frimley. The role is to start mid-April with a day rate offered. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include: working alongside the site manager, managing trades, managing programmes, ensuring everything is to budget, chairing internal and external meetings, completions and CML's, snagging, toolbox/induction talks and ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site. 

You must have a proven record of working successfully on large volume sites with other house developers. They are looking for somebody with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, who is a strong leader, good communication skills and IT proficient. You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date to be considered for this role. You must be proactive, hard-working, a problem solver and somebody who is out on site pushing it along. They want somebody who takes pride in what they build and who wants a long-term career of progression.
