Projects that are being delivered will be external planned maintenance projects on a 6 year contract. They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Kent. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects.
