The company deliver high quality homes across the Midlands and the company pride themselves in their commitment to building quality, high specification homes.DutiesWorking closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the full construction operation including the control and organisation of labour and sub-contractors, Health and Safety, Preparing for Site Inspections, programming site activities, dealing with customer care defects.Help to ensure the site operates within safety, regulatory and legislative standardEnsure that all inductions are carried out correctly (including RA/MS, are signed and understood), recorded on time in the absence of/or as directed by the Site ManagerAssist the Site Manager with the effective monitoring and management of build plans, meeting customers, quality and regulatory standards.
