Assistant Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a PLC developer on a busy residential development in Sussex. This is a freelance position with the potential for a permanant position. The Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site and taking plots from 1st fix to completion. Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager: Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard Ensuring HandS compliance across the site Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently Requirements for Assistant Site Manager Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid What''s on Offer Long term freelance contract with a day rate of 230 - 260 Opportunity to work with a respected PLC Long term project with strong pipeline of work If you''re an ambitious Assistant Site Manager with a track record of delivering quality homes through to completion, we''d love to hear from you If you want to hear more about this Assistant Site Manager role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Sheree in our Brighton Office on (phone number removed). ..... full job details .....
