Assistant Site Manager

Fawkes and Reece are working with a reputable housebuilder to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a 100-unit timber frame residential development in Lancaster on a long-term basis. Working as a key part of the site management team, you will assist with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality timber frame homes, ensuring plots progress safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed programme, while maintaining strong standards of quality and health and safety throughout the development. Previous experience working on timber frame housing developments is essential to perform well within this role. Main Duties will consist of:Assisting the site team with the day-to-day running of the development, overseeing multiple plots and monitoring progress to ensure the timber frame build remains on programme. You will work closely with subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring works are coordinated effectively and that labour, materials and plant are available when required.You will be responsible for monitoring timber frame installations and ensuring structures are constructed in accordance with drawings, specifications and manufacturer requirements.
