Job Title: Assistant Site ManagerLocation: SleafordFawkes and Reece are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client as an Assistant Site Manager. This is a role for a savvy Assistant Site Manager from a residential/housing background.Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of a residential housing development. The project will involve the construction and delivery of high-quality new homes, working closely with subcontractors and the wider site team to ensure the development is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities for Assistant Site ManagerSite Supervision:Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations.Monitor the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and build standards.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.Assist with the coordination, ordering, and delivery of materials.Monitor build progress and assist in ensuring homes are delivered to programme.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment on site.Health and Safety:Assist in implementing and maintaining site safety procedures.Conduct daily safety checks and toolbox talks.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.Promote a strong health and safety culture across the development.Communication and Coordination:Assist with communication between the Site ..... full job details .....
