Assistant Site Manager Location: CreweType: Freelance Day Rate: Competitive day/hourly rates We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our freelance residential housing team on a long term role in Crewe. This is a great opportunity to work with an established team on new build housing project this role requires a minimum of 2 years experience within timberframe residential new builds. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day site operations alongside the Site ManagerCoordinate finishing trades across multiple plotsManage snagging lists and ensure defects are closed out efficientlyCarry out quality inspections at key stages of buildSupport customer care processes, including plot handovers and demonstrationsLiaise with subcontractors to maintain programme and quality standardsAssist with health and safety compliance on siteEnsure all homes meet company and NHBC (or equivalent) standardsMaintain clear communication with site teams, customers, and subcontractorsRequirementsPrevious experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential house buildingStrong understanding of finishing works, snagging, and quality controlExperience working on volume housing developmentsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple plots and subcontractorsSMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First AidWhat''s on OfferCompetitive day/hourly rates Opportunity to work on a well-ran residential developmentsIf you are an experienced Assistant Site Manager ..... full job details .....
