This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established site team on a busy new build housing development, supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project. We are looking for someone with a strong new build housing background , excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on Newbuild developments . Timber frame experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and build processes. SSSTS or SMSTS - in date. CSCS - in date. First Aid - in date. Strong communication and leadership skills. A proactive approach to health & safety, quality and programme.
