      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: &amp;pound;22 - &amp;pound;23/hour | Type: Temporary | Fawkes &amp; Reece are working with a well-known housebuilder to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support on a large 200-unit timber frame residential development in Warrington on a long term basis.     Working as a key part of the site management team, you will assist with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality timber frame homes, ensuring plots are progressed safely, efficiently and in line with programme targets and health and safety requirements.     This is a great opportunity to work alongside a strong management team with a reputable contractor. Prior experience working on a timber frame housing development is crucial to perform well within this role.      Main Duties will consist of:   Assisting the site team with the day-to-day running of the development, overseeing multiple plots and ensuring the timber frame build progresses safely and in line with the agreed programme. You will be responsible for ensuring timber frame structures are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications and manufacturer requirements, helping to identify and prevent potential issues on site.
