      <description>Location: Altrincham | Salary: &amp;pound;22 - &amp;pound;23/hour | Type: Temporary | We are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident  Assistant Site Manager  to support the Site Manager to join a  150-unit traditional housebuilder in Altrincham .  This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in  new build housing specifically traditional build  to join an established developer on a  3-month contract .   The Role   As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to support the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.  You will be involved in coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining health &amp; safety standards and helping to ensure the development remains on programme.
