Assistant Site Manager

I''m currently working with a key client of mine, a leading UK house builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager to oversee final handovers on their new build residential project in South West London.

As an ASM, you will be responsible for taking units from finals through to handover, managing subcontractors on site and reporting into the SSM on site.

This is cover work, which could last a couple of weeks and you must be readily available to start.You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate.
