Assistant Site Manager

Are you a house building Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Shropshire?

There is an exciting new job opportunity to join a leading house builder to help assist with the management of a brand new site consisting of 2 to 4 bed high quality homes. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors, health & safety & ensuring high standards of build quality and adhering to build programme deadlines.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience working as an Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments
• Trade background or relevant qualifications HND in Construction / Built Environment, BSc Construction / Project Management Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
• Valid SSSTS , CSCS and First Aid certificate

This is a growing region with an impressive pipeline of new sites & excellent routes to step in to Site Management in the next 12 - 24 months.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Base -45,000 to -50,000
• Bonus 15%
• -4,500 car allowance
• 25 days holidays + bank holidays
