Assistant Site Manager - Social HousingWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with experience within social housing, residential maintenance, refurbishment or property services, who is confident managing operatives and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The RoleAs Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works across social housing properties, which will be tenanted. You will oversee site activities, coordinate trades, monitor progress and ensure that works are completed in line with programme, quality and health and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations across properties.Supervise and coordinate direct labour and tradespeople.Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.Monitor progress against programme and report any issues or delays.Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.Ensure health and safety procedures and site requirements are followed.Identify and resolve issues arising on site.Ensure materials, labour and resources are available when required.Maintain accurate site records, reports and relevant documentation.Ensure all works comply with relevant specifications, regulations and client requirements.About YouThe successful candidate ..... full job details .....
