Assistant Site Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Assistant Site Manager to support the daily operations onsite. You will help the Site Manager with supervising workers, ensuring health and safety rules are followed, and keeping the site running smoothly.

Location - Based between Farnborough & Guildford

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site activities

• Monitor progress and keep records

• Help manage site staff and subcontractors

• Ensure health and safety is maintained at all times

• Assist with deliveries and materials management

Requirements:

• Some experience on construction sites ideally refits-

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Health and Safety knowledge & CSCS card-
