A leading Housing Developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a development project in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be offered a daily rate of £240 - £255, depending on experience.
Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site.
- Report to the Site Manager on site activities and issues.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
- Prior experience in new build housing projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
