Assistant Site Manager

Bristol | -40,000 - -50,000 per annum |

Acorn Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for large volume housebuilder for the Bristol Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver a high-quality residential project.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including subcontractor management.
  • Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with company and NHBC requirements.
  • Working alonside and report to Senior Site manager ensuring project deadlines and budget.
  • Maintain accraute resords and site documentation along with inductions and toolbox talks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years residential experience within a management capacity.
  • SMSTS, first aid and CSCS certified.
  • A driven, motivated indvidual focused on quality.
  • Sound knowledge of the housing sector incl. building regulations and legal guidelines.

On Offer:

  • -40,000 - -50,000 salary dependant on experience.
