Acorn Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for large volume housebuilder for the Bristol Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to deliver a high-quality residential project.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including subcontractor management.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with company and NHBC requirements.
- Working alonside and report to Senior Site manager ensuring project deadlines and budget.
- Maintain accraute resords and site documentation along with inductions and toolbox talks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years residential experience within a management capacity.
- SMSTS, first aid and CSCS certified.
- A driven, motivated indvidual focused on quality.
- Sound knowledge of the housing sector incl. building regulations and legal guidelines.
