Job Title: Assistant Site Manager – Housing Development 
Location: Dundee
Contract Type: Temporary (Holiday Cover – 1 Month)
Start Date: Monday, 29th September
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Description:
A leading housebuilder is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy housing development site in Dundee. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work with a well-established developer known for high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site

• Ensuring all health & safety regulations are adhered to

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet project deadlines

• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

• Monitoring site progress and reporting back to senior management

• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the build

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certification

• Valid First Aid certificate

• Proven experience in a similar role on residential developments

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage and motivate subcontractors on site

Duration: 4 weeks (Monday 29th September – Friday 24th October)
