We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a mid-rise apartment project. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the internal works package, with a strong focus on the fit-out of communal areas, apartments, cycle stores, and associated spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate internal works to ensure quality, programme, and safety standards are met.

  • Manage subcontractors and trades across the fit-out stage of the project.

  • Ensure compliance with all site health and safety requirements.

  • Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes.

  • Report progress to the Site Manager and project team.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid at Work

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential schemes.

  • Strong track record managing internal fit-out packages.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Competitive day rate (depending on experience)

  • Immediate start available
