Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager required in Daventry, Northamptonshire for an immediate start.

What is required for the position?

Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid.

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 3 years'' experience working as a Assistant Site Manager on other construction Housing projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Requirements:

Fully experiencd housing manager. Needs to have experience on new build residential developments. Standard assistant role including CMLs, Snagging, Part L work.
