Health and Safety: Actively promote a safety-first culture by delivering site inductions, toolbox talks, and carrying out routine safety checks.Operations Support: Help coordinate on-site labour, plant machinery, materials, and equipment.Leadership: Supervise subcontractors and trades, keep accurate site progress records, and seamlessly step up to manage the site when the Site Manager is away.
