About the opportunity: We are seeking an individual to perform the following: Complete weekly planning sheets, direct contractors to ensure quality, and coordinate with the Site Manager for material availability. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and confirm operatives follow method statements and risk assessments. Collaborate with the Sales Executive, Buying Department, and sub-contractors regarding customer options, variations, and issue resolutions. Plan and arrange inspections with NHBC and Local Authorities and accompany inspectors during visits. Assist with Home Quality Inspections, ensure defect-free homes at legal completion, and conduct regular post-completion visits for customer satisfaction.
