Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, you will help coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site activities , ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site and build programme. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and deliveries to ensure smooth progress. Monitor workmanship and ensure construction is completed in line with drawings, specifications and company standards. Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance , including inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, risk assessments and method statements.
