Key Responsibilities • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of construction sites • Help coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and site logistics • Monitor progress against programme deadlines • Maintain high standards of health, safety and site presentation • Assist with quality inspections, snagging and handovers • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates • Maintain accurate site records and documentation • Help resolve operational issues efficiently • Promote positive working relationships across the site team About You You will ideally have: • Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar role • A sound understanding of construction processes and site operations • Strong organisational and communication skills • The confidence to coordinate trades and manage competing priorities • A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements • The ability to work effectively as ..... full job details .....
