Assistant Site Manager

A respected national housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a new site near Pershore.

You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and site activities
• Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times
• Assist with site inspections and quality checks
• Monitor progress against programme

Requirements:

• Experience in housebuilding or construction
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Relevant site certifications desirable
