The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments- Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
