Assistant Shop Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and community-focused Assistant Shop Manager to join Katharine House Hospice''s well-established shop in Moreton-in-Marsh on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This is a part time role offering 15 hours per week (2 days); these hours will be delivered across an alternating two-week rota which will include alternate Saturdays.This is a varied and rewarding role that combines retail, customer service, community engagement, and team support. Working closely with the Shop Manager, you will help drive sales, maximise donations, and create a welcoming environment for customers, volunteers, and supporters alike.
