your duties will include, but not limited to

:-

Preparation, presentation and the sale of hot and cold sandwiches and salads from our deli style counters-

Manage a team up to 14 staff, maintaining high standards and providing excellent customers service.-

Be focused, passionate and well organised with the ability to handle pressure whilst working flexible hours as required by the operations.-

Assisting the manager in the control of food and labour costs as well as staff rotas, food ordering and stock control-

Ensuring health and safety and food safety standards are continuously met-

Maintaining high standards across the day to day operations of the store-
