Assistant Services DirectorWe are seeking an experienced senior services leader to oversee high-quality homelessness and housing services across London and the South East.Position: Assistant Services DirectorSalary: £49,237 per annumLocation: London and South EastHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: 12-month fixed-term contractClosing date: 21 September 2026About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Services Director to provide senior operational leadership across a portfolio of homelessness and housing support services.You will lead and develop Service and Pathway Managers, ensuring services are safe, effective, compliant and delivering excellent outcomes for young people and adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness.Key responsibilities include:Leading high-performing services and management teams across London and the South EastEnsuring excellent safeguarding practice and regulatory complianceMonitoring service quality, contracts, KPIs and performanceOverseeing housing management, voids, arrears and rental incomeEnsuring accommodation meets health and safety requirementsManaging relationships with commissioners, local authorities, landlords and other key stakeholdersSupporting budget setting, monitoring and remedial actionLeading mobilisation plans for new and changing servicesCoaching and developing managers and supporting workforce developmentChampioning client involvement and co-productionDeputising for the Area Director when requiredAbout ..... full job details .....
