Daytime-Healthcare-are-assisting-a-national-care-provider-to-find-an-Assistant-Service-Manager-to-join-the-team-in-the-Addlestone-area.

This-service-supports-young-adults-who-have-learning-disabilities,-autism-and-behaviours-that-challenge.-This-will-be-across-three-24-hour-homes-and-supporting-individuals-within-their-own-homes-and-their-community.

This-role-within-Addlestone-Community-covers;-Addlestone,-Chertsey-and-Woking-area-and-the-role-requires-you-to-be-fully-flexible-hold-a-Full-UK-driving-license-and-access-to-your-own-vehicle.

Qualifications:
