Assistant Service Manager / Senior Support Worker

Frontier Consulting are assisting a national Supported Living Provider to recruitment for Assistant Service Managers. These are excellent opportunity for experience Support worker or Senior Support worker to take the next step in their career!

We have opportunities in Canterbury, Margate and Birchington! The positions are to supported people with needs including learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You must have full right to work in the UK and a driving license with a car to be considered. You should also be flexible to work across a 7 day rota that includes some weekends. The shifts are 7am - 3pm or 3pm -10pm. You do get your rota 1-2 months in advances and can make some adjustments.

This role involves overseeing daily operations within a care environment, supporting individuals with their personal needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising staff, developing care plans, and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere for service users.

Ideally you should have atleast a level 3 NVQ (or working toward it).
