Assistant Service Manager

Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s Main Dealership based in the Feltham area.

For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £45,000, with OTE of £50,000.

The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 7.00am - 1pm.

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation with the service Manager
- Organised and the ability to think on your feet
- Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities

Requirements:

- Previous working experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
- Outstanding Management skills
- Technically minded
- Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
