Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s Family-run Independent Garage based in the Nottingham area.
For your hard work for our Client you can expect a basic salary of up to £32,000, with OTE of £40,000.
The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturday''s (finish at 1pm!).

Responsibilities:
- Help run the branch smoothly day-to-day and step in for the manager when needed
- Make sure customers get great service and clear updates, from check-in to pick-up
- Spot and act on sales opportunities (like upselling services)
- Keep track of all jobs, parts, and admin to keep everything running efficiently
- Stay on top of health and safety, keep the workspace tidy, and support the team wherever needed
Requirements:
- Previous working experience within a Assistant Service Manager capacity
- Outstanding Management skills
- Technically minded
- Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
