You ll be supporting 16 people with learning and physical disabilities, and autism, all living in a newly developed community of self-contained flats and bungalows. As part of the initial setup of the service, you ll play a key role in shaping how it runs and once in post, you ll help recruit and develop your very own team of Support Workers.
