As a result of portfolio growth, they now require an additional Service Charge Accountant / Assistant Service Charge Accountant as follows: Undertaking monthly Bank Reconciliations Preparing / Issuing Service Charge Year End Accounts Uploading Service Charge Budgets onto systems and issuing demands as required Raising Management Fees and Invoices Answering telephone and email queries relating to service charge matters from Leaseholders / Residents.
