We are looking for an extremely motivated, and career driven assistant sales manager with experience in the current sales market with a proven track record for securing new business with listing and valuation experience. Duties will include:Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branchAppraisal and instruction of residential sales propertiesIdentify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate divisionAccountable quality of customer careRegister, qualify and manage applicantsArrange and conduct viewing appointmentsTo work in accordance with all legal obligations without exceptionMaintain up to date knowledge of available propertiesTo implement effective canvassing and marketing strategiesDevelop the core business in the branchAssist with the management of the team Skills required:Previous experience within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new businessListing and valuation experienceExcellent sales ability High level of customer service skillsGood telephone manner and positive attitudeThe ability to negotiateTenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to ..... full job details .....
