This role combines commercial, coaching, and finance leadership responsibilities normally associated with Sales Controller and Business Manager positions. Working alongside the General Sales Manager, you''ll support the performance, profitability, and day-to-day operation of the New Car Sales Team, helping Sales Executives succeed while maintaining high standards of customer experience and finance compliance. You''ll help lead a New Car Sales Team comprising Sales Executives, a Sales Apprentice, and a Vehicle Progressor.
