This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take on a key role within the office, with responsibility for negotiating offers, managing applicants and vendors, progressing sales and supporting the overall performance of the team. The role offers strong earning potential and genuine career progression, with exceptional candidates able to achieve an OTE of up to £45,000. The Role As an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will: Conduct property viewings and provide professional feedback to vendors Negotiate offers and agree property sales Manage applicants and buyers throughout the sales process Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Generate and follow up sales opportunities Proactively work with the applicant database Progress property sales through to exchange Support the office in achieving sales and revenue targets Assist with the day-to-day running of the office Support and mentor junior members of the estate agency team Deliver excellent customer service to vendors and buyers Identify opportunities to increase property sales and improve office ..... full job details .....
