Spring at Somerset House, London, is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team.We are a produce-led, sustainability-focused restaurant known for thoughtful cooking, warm hospitality, and creating an environment where both guests and staff feel genuinely cared for.

The RoleAs Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with senior management to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high standards. You''ll play a key role in leading, motivating, and developing the FOH team while building strong relationships with our guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeading, coaching and supporting the FOH team to deliver warm, professional serviceRunning briefings, managing floor operations, and overseeing staff developmentBuilding ongoing guest relationships and encouraging loyalty to SpringSupporting the financial performance of the restaurant through managing covers and maximizing revenue opportunities
