Our Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our Restaurant Director and Operations Director and front of house team. The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing time. Additionally, assisting with training, be a good problem solver, remain calm under pressure and assist our Restaurant Director with rotas, ordering and the general running of a busy restaurant. Above all else we are looking for a team member that wants to give our guests an incredible experience and prides themselves on passionate hospitality.At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles, we are looking for the right person to join our family.
